Healthy Breakfast
FAST HEALTHY BANANA PEANUT BUTTER OATS
(Make the night before, pop it in your Sub Zero refrigerator & it’s ready-to-go at breakfast!)
Ingredients
2/3 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons peanut butter
4 teaspoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 banana, sliced
Directions
Combine everything in a bowl. Divide among two mason jars. Let sit in your Sub Zero fridge overnight. Recipe makes 2 servings.
